Scope

This statement applies to the website www.voss-healthcare.net of Voss Healthcare GmbH. It describes how far the website can be used without barriers, which limitations are known and how you can report obstacles to us.

We have designed the website to be usable with large type, plain language, sufficient contrast and full keyboard operation. The benchmark is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1.

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with level AA of WCAG 2.1. The limitations listed below are known to us and are being resolved step by step. This statement is based on a self-assessment in September 2026; a full audit of the live website is planned for autumn 2026.

Known limitations

When a button skips to the next section of a page, keyboard focus does not move with it; keyboard users have to keep tabbing to reach the section.

The contrast of a not yet enabled button in the retailer search is 2.7 to 1, below the required 4.5 to 1.

The error page for addresses that do not exist shows its content only after JavaScript has run; without JavaScript it stays empty.

The map in the retailer search comes from an external provider and cannot be fully operated by keyboard. All results are also available as a list.
